In the afternoon of January 13, 2014, Vice Minister of the National Health and Family Planning Commission, Professor Qian Liu, met with Professor Ming-Wei Wang, Director of the National Center for Drug Screening and the Chinese National Compound Library, at his office in Beijing. He was briefed with the details of the 2013 annual review meeting of the Chinese National Compound Library held in Shanghai last month. Professor Wang was attending the 3rd annual meeting of the the 1st plenary session of Association of Thousand Talents Program and the 2014 Board Meeting of Novo Nordisk-Union Diabetes Research Talent Fund. He also delivered two lectures at the Institute of Molecular Medicine, Peking University on January 13, 2014.
