Mr. Yalin Chen, Secretary of the Administration Committee of Guanghua Community,  Qinhuai District, Nanjing (Jiangsu Province) and three of his colleagues visited the Chinese National Compound Library (CNCL) in the afternoon of December 27, 2013. Professor Ming-Wei Wang briefly introduced the development, culture and prospect of the library. An in-depth discussion was conducted relative to talent exchange and project collaboration between them.
