Director of Shanghai Service Center for Returned Chinese Scholars, Mr.  Guoxiang Zhu, together with Deputy Chief Mr. Yongxing Pan and Principal Staff Ms. Ye Gu of the “Thousand Talents Program” Service Window (Shanghai Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau), visited the Chinese National Compound Library (CNCL) in the morning of December 16, 2011. Professor Ming-Wei Wang briefly introduced the development, culture and prospect of the library. Mr. Zhu and his colleagues were not only deeply impressed by the scale and infrastructure of this state-of-the-art research facility, but also highly appreciated the cultural environment as well as its vision. The guests expressed that they will continue to provide best HR services and make joint efforts to construct a country of innovation.
