Dr. Ming-Wei Wang attends QMB Signal Transduction Satellite in New Zealand

Dr. Ming-Wei Wang (Dean, School of Pharmacy, Fudan University and Director of the National Center for Drug Screening/Chinese National Compound Library) attended Queenstown Molecular Biology Meetings (QMB) ‒ Signal Transduction Satellite G protein-coupled receptors: Form, Function and Therapeutics in New Zealand between September 1 and September 2, 2019. He delivered an invited lecture describing numerous achievements made by his research team in relevant fields, entitled “Small molecule agonists for class B G protein-coupled receptors: past, present and future”, which was well received by the audience.
 
During the meeting, Professor Wang interacted with Drs. Yi-Lynn Liang of Monash University (Australia), Cheng Xue Qin of Baker Heart & Diabetes Institute (Australia), Wenqi Li of Tsinghua University (China), Alexander Trevarton of MD Anderson Cancer Center (USA) and his wife, Catherine J.Y. Cai of The University of Auckland (New Zealand).
