Accompanied by Professor Chen Jiang from School of Pharmacy, Fudan University, Dr. Zhen Gu (Associate Professor, The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, U.S.A.) visited the Chinese National Compound Library (CNCL) in the afternoon of May 31, 2017. Dr. Gu was warmly greeted by Professor Ming-Wei Wang (Director of the National Center for Drug Screening/Chinese National Compound Library and Dean of School of Pharmacy, Fudan University) and was deeply impressed by the advanced level of this state-run R&D facility. Dr. Gu delivered an invited lecture entitled “Leverage physiology for bioresponsive drug delivery” which was enthusiastically reacted by the audience. Drs. Jingya Li (Professor) and Haijun Yu (Associate Professor) of Shanghai Institute of Materia Medica, Chinese Academy of Sciences were presented in this seminar.
