Dr. Ming-Wei Wang (Director, the National Center for Drug Screening/Chinese National Compound Library and Dean, School of Pharmacy, Fudan University) attended the 6th Board Meeting of Novo Nordisk Hemophilia Research Fund in China at Rujin Hospital (Shanghai) in the morning of April 20, 2017. Chaired by Academician Sajuan Chen, the meeting discussed and approved the list of 2017 grant recipients, 2016 financial report and the venue for the 7th Board Meeting. Chinese Board members who attended the meeting also include Drs. Xiaodong Xi (Shanghai Institute of Hematology), Yongqiang Zhao (Department of Hematology, Beijing Union Hospital), Renchi Yang (Institute of Hematology, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, Tianjin), as well as Professor Qiulan Ding (Fund Secretary; Department of Hematology, Ruijin Hospital affiliated to School of Medicine, Shanghai Jiaotong University). Representing Novo Nordisk, Drs. Boerge Diderichsen (Vice President), Daniel B. Tiemmermann (Vice President), Carsten Ley (Director of Pharmacology), Kezhou Zhang (Vice President of Region China) as well as Madam You Wu (Senior Medical Affairs Manager, Region China) and Dr. Lei Wang (Department Head of Novo Nordisk China R&D Center) were present.
