Top executives of TDR/WHO visit CNCL

Accompanied by Professor Xiaonong Zhou (Director) and Associate Professor Liping Duan (Deputy Head of Drug Development Department) of the National Institute of Parasitic Diseases, Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention, Drs. John Reeder (Director) and Garry Aslanyan (Manager of Partnership and Governance) from the Special Programme for Research and Training in Tropical Diseases (TDR) affiliated to the World Health Organization (WHO) visited the Chinese National Compound Library (CNCL) in the morning of May 9, 2016. They were warmly received by Professor Ming-Wei Wang (Director of CNCL), Professor Jingya Li and Associate Professor Dehua Yang. Led by Dr. Wang, the honorable guests from the TDR/WHO first toured the entire facility of CNCL with interest, and then sat down at the 3rd floor Board Room with the host to discuss and exchange views relative to open innovation, personnel interaction and technical training, among other topics of mutual interest.
