In the afternoon of February 22, 2016, Dr. Ming-Wei Wang, Director of the National Center for Drug Screening, attended the 2nd annual board meeting of the 2nd Session of Shanghai Guangci Translational Medical Research Foundation (www.guangcifoundation.org) held at Ruijin Hospital. Chaired by Professor Saijuan Chen (Chaiwoman of the board and Academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering), the board members who were present, including Drs. Junbo Ge (Academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences), Guang Ning (Academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering),  Jieming Qu (President of Ruijin Hospital), Zeguang Han, Ming-Wei Wang, Bo Wang, Madam Min Wang (Secretary General), Mr. Qiyu Chen (on behalf of Mr. Guangchang Guo) and Mr. Zhongqi Ma (Board Supervisor), enthusiastically discussed the achievements made last year and the plans of 2016. They actively offered their advice and suggestions relative to future development of the foundation.
