Proposed by Dr. Ming-Wei Wang, Director of the National Center for Drug Screening (NCDS) and Chinese National Compound Library (CNCL), Dean of School of Pharmacy, Fudan University, an academic seminar resource-sharing mechanism was established in Zhangjiang High-Tech Park. In the morning of October 26, 2015, representatives from seven geographically closely located organizations gathered at CNCL to initiate this program. Amongst the 14 attendees included Professor Hong-Xi Xu and Dr. Hong-Sheng Tan (School of Pharmacy, Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine), Drs. Wei Shen and Qiuning Li (School of Life Science and Technology, ShanghaiTech University), Dr. Li-Jun Wang (National Center for Protein Science Shanghai), Ms. Ning-Ning Wang, Professor Wei Fu, and Mr. Wen-Ye Geng (School of Pharmacy, Fudan University), Ms. Feng-Huan Gao (Shanghai Institute of Materia Medica, Chinese Academy of Sciences), Ms. Jia Wang (CNCL) and Ms. Hong-Na Zhang (NCDS). Mr. Jun Gao and Mr. Lei Wan (InforStack Shanghai Ltd.) who will provide wireless communication support to this program were also present. A broad consensus was reached among the representatives relative to jointly cultivating innovation culture and nurturing entrepreneuric environment within Zhangjiang High-Tech Park.
