In the evening of October 24, 2015, Shanghai Municipal Food and Drug Administration (FDA) held a farewell event for 8 young professionals who were selected to participate in a training mission at the Center for Drug Evaluation, China Food and Drug Administration in Beijing. Among them, two are from School of Pharmacy, Fudan University (Xiong Cu) and Shanghai Institute of Materia Medica, Chinese Academy of Sciences (Jin Suo), respectively. Drs. Zuqiang Yan (Commissioner of Shanghai FDA), Chengdong Yi (Deputy Commissioner of Shanghai FDA), Ming-Wei Wang (Dean, School of Pharmacy, Fudan University) and representatives of the institutions from which the trainees were chosen as well as relevant officials from Shanghai FDA attended the ceremony.
