In the afternoon of May 11, 2015, Professor Kaixian Chen (Academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences and President of Shanghai Association for Science and Technology) met with Mr. Reja Bakh, an internationally renowned architectural designer, at the Chinese National Compound Library (CNCL). He was briefed by Mr. Bakh with the preliminary design of “International Collaboration Center”. Dr. Ming-Wei Wang (Director of CNCL), Mr. Jian Wu (Chief of Construction and Environment Administrative Department, Shanghai Zhangjiang INNOPARK Administration Committee), Mrs. Yining Chang (Manager of Shanghai Zhangjiang Biopharmaceutical Base Development, Co., Ltd.) and Mr. Terry Chen (Associate of BAKH Architecture) participated in the meeting.
