On behalf of Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Dr. Yinuo Li (Principal), Ms. Nancy Nan (Associate) and Dr. Kewen Jin (Advisor to the China Representative Office) from McKinsey & Company (USA) performed due diligence studies on the National Center of Drug Screening (NCDS) and the Chinese National Compound Library (CNCL) on January 28, 2015. Following a status report by Dr. Ming-Wei Wang (Director of NCDS/CNCL), they conducted small group interviews with some participants. Representatives from collaboration partners including the National National Research Center for Translational Medicine (Shanghai), Shanghai Guangci Translational Medical Research Development Foundation, Renji Hospital affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine, Eastern Hospital of Hepatobiliary Surgery, the National Institute of Parasitic Diseases of Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention, Hangzhou ADICON Clinical Laboratories, Inc.,  Huangzhong University of Science and Technology , University of Auckland (New Zealand) and Seoul National University (Korea) were present.
