Led by Section Chief, Mr. Hua Qian, 14 civil servants from Shanghai Zhangjiang INNOPARK Administrative Committee visited the Chinese National Compound Library (CNCL) in the afternoon of July 4, 2014. They were warmly greeted by the CNCL staff and deeply impressed by the operation mechanism, advanced facility and cultural environment in this site.
