Dr. Patrick Netter (Director of the Institute of Biological Sciences) of Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique (CNRS) and seven of his associates visited the Chinese National Compound Library (CNCL) in the afternoon of March 21, 2013. They were accompanied by Dr. Frédéric Bretar from the Consulate General of France in Shanghai.
