Dr. Martin Barth of Project Management Jülich (PTJ) and Dr. Silvia Kettelhut, Charity Event Officer of Consular Spouses Shanghai and the wife of the Consul General of Germany in Shanghai visited the Chinese National Compound Library (CNCL) in the afternoon of February 23, 2012. Professor Ming-Wei Wang welcomed these two distinguished guests from Germany and briefly introduced the development history of the library. The visitors were inspired by this state-of-the-art research facility and its inclusive approach towards external collaboration. They said that they will closely monitor the progress of CNCL and actively forge Sino-German exchange and cooperation in drug discovery.
