Dr. Brad Margus, Chief Executive Officer of Envoy Therapeutics (USA), Dr. Bai Lu, Vice President of Biology, GlaxoSmithKline R&D China and Dr. Bei Shan, Head of Biology, Lilly China Research and Development Center, visited the Chinese National Compound Library (CNCL) in the morning of February 15, 2012.

On behalf of Shanghai Institute of Materia Medica (SIMM), Chinese Academy of Sciences, Professor Ming-Wei Wang warmly welcomed the three guests and briefed them with the latest status of R&D and international cooperation within SIMM and the National Center for Drug Screening. He further introduced the development, culture and prospect of CNCL. The visitors were inspired by this state-of-the-art research facility and its inclusive approach towards external collaboration. They said that they will closely monitor the progress of CNCL and actively seek cooperative opportunities.
